Small-batch · Est. 2014

Coffee that
takes its sweet,
slow time.

A neighborhood roastery & cafe. We source single-origin beans from growers we know, roast in tiny batches, and brew each cup with patience — so you can taste the difference.

Our craft

From green bean to your cup — every step matters.

01

Sourced

We buy directly from growers we know by name, paying above Fair Trade for the season's best lots.

02

Roasted

Every batch is roasted in small quantities on our 1972 Probat — never more than 12 kilos at a time.

03

Brewed

Resting seven days before it's served, so every cup lands at peak clarity, sweetness, and aroma.

This month's pour

The Yirgacheffe

Our current single-origin pour is a delicate, floral cup from the highlands of Yirgacheffe. Notes of jasmine and ripe peach open into a clean, tea-like finish. Best as a slow pour-over.
